Enrollments on an unproven email address — nobody has confirmed the customer can open it, or the mailbox is dead. The welcome email, the portal link and the first-bill notice go there. Call, read the address back letter by letter, then ☎ Confirm by phone. A dead (bounced) address must be corrected, not confirmed. Closing the desk ticket by hand does not clear a row — only the confirmation does.

Rejected and cancelled rows can be reopened back to pending review (Onboarding queue) if the customer re-engages; abandoned leads can be reactivated straight back to the Leads tab.
The status filter also has Inactive (utility): enrollments PNM reports as closed accounts, which the nightly sweep stopped submitting. Those are not closed and not cancelled — their status is untouched — so they are listed only when you pick that option, never mixed into the counts above.

Subscription cards — the post-allocation card. The enrollment card (EC) keeps identity, the utility account, the bill and the signed documents; the SC references it and never copies it. Farm lives on the period, not the card, because a subscriber can move farm to farm month to month. Click a row for the full card and its period history.
Read-only. Allocation is what creates a card, and billing still charges off the EC — so nothing here mints, edits or closes a card.

RevPAK — Revenue Per Allocated kWh
Like hotel RevPAR, but for solar. The single metric that tells investors what every allocated kWh is actually earning. NMCSP pro-formas model theoretical rates at $0.0773/kWh (PNM), $0.0745/kWh (Xcel/SPS), and $0.06834/kWh (EPE).
RevPAK = Collected Revenue ÷ Allocated kWh. The gap between the theoretical rate (what pro-formas project) and RevPAK (what the farm actually earns per kWh) shows the revenue leakage from defaults, under-billing, and collection failures. Works at every level — per farm, per month, per utility, per cohort.
Investor Lens — RevPAK
RevPAK (Actual $/kWh)
Collected Revenue ÷ Allocated kWh. What every unit of energy actually earns after defaults.
Theoretical Rate (Target $/kWh)
Pro-forma modeled rate by utility. The ceiling RevPAK should approach at 100% collection.

Active % = anchor accounts currently billing. Contracted % = signed agreement share (incl. not-yet-activated, e.g. Homewise AT&T). Headroom = room to the 49.9% cap. kWh to Fill = that headroom as annual energy (headroom % × farm PVsyst annual production) — the anchor capacity still available to sell; negative = over cap. IQ subs = income-qualified subscribers on the farm (residential master).

Per-farm allocation vs production — data month
Anchor ≈ non-LMI accounts allocated ≥ 2,000 kWh in the month (heuristic — commercial anchors dwarf residential rows). Unallocated = PNM-reported production minus total allocated. A bar longer than 100% means allocation exceeded reported production for the month.
LMI share by farm-month — % of that month's PNM production flagged low-income (NM 30% floor basis)
Thresholds: red < 30% · amber 30–50.1% · green ≥ 50.1%. Basis is LMI kWh ÷ that month's own production — the statutory NM 30% floor denominator. LMI ÷ allocated kWh (a flattering, non-compliance ratio) is shown only in each cell's tooltip as secondary info; months with no reported production show prod n/a because the compliance ratio cannot be computed.
Partner weekly pace — last 4 Monday-based weeks (live enrollments only)

STOP suppresses all texts for the number (subscription & billing unaffected — subscribers stay enrolled). START re-opts in. Every event below is backed by a Twilio message SID in inbound_sms_log. Farm Allotment Detail
Farm Modelled (kWh) Anchor kWh Anchor $ Accts Res. kWh Res. $ Accts Unsub kWh Unalloc kWh Alloc % Lost Rev.
Modelled = each farm's PVsyst annual kWh divided by 12. The annual figure is PVsyst's; the monthly split is not — PVsyst's own table puts roughly 5.8% of the year in December and 10.8% in May, so a flat twelfth overstates a winter month and understates a summer one. Every % and lost-revenue figure above is computed against that twelfth.
Revenue Impact of Unallocated kWh
Unallocated kWh represents production from ASG solar farms that PNM did not distribute as bill credits to any subscriber. This energy was generated and delivered to the grid but produces zero revenue for ASG. Primary causes: insufficient subscriber enrollment (Global at 28.5%), New subscribers not being added fast enough to fill capacity, and PNM exceptions blocking valid accounts. At current rates, this is costing ASG an estimated $0/year in lost revenue.

📈 Production vs Modelled Expected
Daily production from AlsoEnergy compared to a modelled expectation. Since 2026-09-07 the monthly shape is each farm's own PVsyst V8.0.0 report, and the whole history has been recomputed onto it; the magnitude is om_sites.pvsyst_annual_kwh, which sits 0.6–3.3% above that report's own annual and is unexplained. While open, anyone who asks Jenny for a person is live-transferred to the specialist line. While closed, Jenny apologizes, texts a callback link, and opens a callback ticket instead. Changes reach live calls within about 30 seconds.
The number Jenny live-dials when she connects a caller to a person. US number or +country format. Type none to dial nobody — callers who ask for a person go to the answering service if one is configured, and voicemail if not. Clearing the box does not do this: a blank field falls back to the built-in default number.
The dialer floats over any page; the delivery check shows why a sign-in text failed and lets you test-call your own phone as Jenny.

The “type” on every ticket — and the exact list Jenny's auto-classifier picks from. Renaming one updates every ticket already filed under it. Retiring one hides it from the picker without touching history.

Reply macros
Canned answers the care team pulls up while working a ticket. Every macro carries a Spanish body next to the English one — a macro with no Spanish shows an EN only warning and offers no ES button, so the gap is visible instead of silent.

Score a prospect
Enter what you gather in the field — one line per rate structure. Large prospects often span several rate codes (a 2A office + a 3B pump + a 1A you never see a bill for) and can even mix utilities — each line is priced on its own tier, and each utility scores against its own farms (an anchor agreement is per farm, so a mixed-utility org signs one deal per utility).
Prospect pipeline
Scored prospects promoted to live deals. Drag a card between stages, or click it to open the deal, add bills, and edit the pricing. Nothing bills until it reaches signed.
Loading…
Anchor room by farm
Two independent readings per farm: anchor room (live occupancy from the roster) and LMI (the allocation engine's latest saved run, kWh-basis — a farm with no saved run shows no reading). A deal needs both — an open slot on its own utility, and a farm that stays LMI-compliant. Click a farm to see who is in it.

On the billing roster Signed + provisioned · held In the mix · would go if the deal closes Open room Room held back by LMI Each anchor bar is the 50% anchor cap, split into five 10% slots. Solid = taken (roster, signed, provisioned). Dashed = in-flight deals you have left in the mix — untick one on its pipeline card to see the farm without it.

Validation cycle — submittal vs response
Pairs the latest released Pre-Validation List with the ValidationExceptions file PNM returned for it: per-farm counts, rejects bucketed by the action that clears them, and echoes from older submittals.
Loading…
Account QC
Every enrollment flagged with a malformed account/premise number at capture time (16/17-digit concatenation, wrong digit count, OCR garble) — not just ones that already bounced off PNM. Confirm against the customer's bill and correct.
Loading…
PNM Facilities (site IDs)
The SO_FACILITY_NUM registry that scopes every PNM file. Exchange = include this facility's enrollments in Pre-Validation + consents (coordinate the nightly cadence with Solstice before flipping a shared facility). Finalized = ALSO safe for the binding Finalized file — only after the facility's full historical roster is merged. Aliases = the project names enrollments carry (comma-separated) so they resolve to this facility.

Exchange history
Every file sent to PNM paired with the file they sent back. PNM marks a file it has ingested by renaming it -Processed… — anything without that mark was never taken. Solstice and Solscribe both submit under SO org 1001, so files are attributed by whether we generated them. Pluma (org 1004) is excluded.

Weekly validation builder
EPE validates new customers and cancellations weekly, in the master-list format. Adds must clear EPE before the month-end allocation file goes up. Signed consent forms ride along on release when we hold them; rows with blockers cannot be selected until the underlying enrollment is fixed. The generated file lands in Files as a draft for the normal review → release flow.

EPE subscriber roster
Union of native enrollments (EPE utility) and the latest ingested EPE master list. Until the Solstice-handoff subscribers are proven present in enrollments, the ingested list is their system of record — the Sources column keeps that gap visible.

Exchange history

Expenses & Agreements
Vendor commitments, actual spend, and budget vs actual by account and entity
Variance is budget minus actual — positive means under budget. YTD prorates an annual budget to the months elapsed, so a three-month view is compared against three months of budget, not twelve.
